Are you passionate about creating change and uplifting the Black lesbian community? 

Black Educated Lesbians (BEL), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking dedicated and visionary individuals to join our Board of Directors.

Who We Are:
BEL is a global network committed to empowering and supporting professional Black lesbians through advocacy, education, and community engagement. We aim to foster meaningful connections, promote leadership, and create impactful initiatives that uplift our community.

Board Member Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to advance BEL’s mission.
Actively participate in board meetings and committee work.
Advocate for the organization and assist with fundraising efforts.
Bring expertise in areas such as nonprofit management, finance, marketing, legal, or community development.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong commitment to BEL’s mission and values.
Prior experience with nonprofits or board service is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to dedicate time, skills, and resources to help BEL thrive.
