The 3rd Annual BEL Conference is more than an event—it's a space where community, wellness, leadership, and empowerment come together. Through inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, meaningful networking, and practical resources, attendees will gain tools to thrive personally, professionally, and collectively.
This year's theme, "Thriving in Power: Liberation, Legacy & Leadership," celebrates the strength of Black lesbians and Black queer women while encouraging us to invest in our health, build generational wealth, develop as leaders, and create lasting legacies for future generations.
