Spring into Health: LGBT Health & Wellness Fair

🌿 Spring into Health: LGBTQ+ Health & Wellness Fair

May 16, 2026 | Metro Atlanta, GA | Free Community Event

Spring into Health: LGBTQ+ Health & Wellness Fair is a free, community-centered wellness event hosted by Black Educated Lesbians (BEL). Designed to increase access to affirming healthcare and preventive education, this event creates a welcoming space where LGBTQ+ adults—particularly Black lesbians and other historically marginalized community members—can connect with trusted providers, learn about available services, and build relationships rooted in dignity and care.

Many LGBTQ+ individuals delay care due to stigma, prior negative medical experiences, insurance confusion, or lack of culturally responsive providers. Spring into Health addresses these barriers by bringing healthcare access directly into the community in a setting centered on trust, visibility, and empowerment.

What to Expect:

  • Preventive health education and wellness resources

  • Mental and behavioral health information

  • Sexual and reproductive health education

  • Chronic disease prevention resources

  • Insurance and benefits navigation support

  • Community resource booths

  • Wellness activities and music

This event is open to LGBTQ+ adults and allies across Metro Atlanta. Whether you are seeking healthcare resources, looking to connect with affirming providers, or wanting to support community wellness, Spring into Health offers a space designed with you in mind.

Get Involved:

✔ Attend the fair
✔ Become a sponsor
✔ Host a vendor table
✔ Volunteer
✔ Donate to support community health access

Together, we are strengthening health equity, building trust, and creating sustainable wellness infrastructure for LGBTQ+ communities in Georgia.
