A high school student may begin by developing confidence and leadership skills through the EmpowerHER Virtual Cohort.
As they enter college, they may gain professional experience through BEL Legacy Leaders.
Later, BEL Elevate can support continued skill development, certification, and career advancement.
The goal is not one program interaction. It is creating pathways that support growth over time.

Education and leadership do not begin or end at one age.
EmpowerHER creates opportunities for Black lesbians and Black queer women to learn, lead, grow, and build stronger futures throughout different stages of life.
This is BEL. This is us. This is our future.

Your donation helps create wellness programs, leadership opportunities, scholarships, research initiatives, and community spaces for Black lesbians.
