I’m so excited to celebrate the Black lesbian community with a vibrant networking platform for Black queer women professionals! Join us for the 2nd Annual Black Queer Women’s Conference in Metro Atlanta, GA, from September 18th to 20th, 2025—it's going to be an unforgettable weekend!

Theme: Rooted In Power: Leading, Healing, Thriving

The 2025 Black Queer Women’s Conference is a transformative event dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and leadership of Black queer women. With the theme Rooted In Power: Leading, Healing, Thriving, this conference brings together professionals from across the country to foster community, healing, and growth in a space dedicated to empowerment, wellness, and advocacy.

 

More Than Just a Conference – A Movement
This conference is more than an event—it’s a movement to uplift, educate, and empower Black queer women. With a variety of panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, attendees will leave with practical tools, new perspectives, and a strengthened sense of community to thrive in all aspects of life.

Kick off the weekend with a warm and welcoming evening that sets the tone for connection and celebration.

  • 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM – Masculine Lesbians: Identity & Advocacy: A Masculine Lesbian Panel Discussion on Visibility, Workplace Dynamics, and Leadership Opportunities with Alicia Boykins, Belinda Brewer, and Dania Henry
     
  • 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM – Love Through the Years: A Couples Panel on Commitment, Growth & Queer Joy, featuring Alicia & Wife, Dana & Shannon Cooper, Joy & LaShay Young
     
  • 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM – Weekend Closing, Gratitude & Community Dismissal: Conclude the weekend with reflections, gratitude, and a strong sense of community.
